Rules governing the use of Insurancerefer.com lifecycle auditing and risk assessment services for high-tonnage gantry cranes and overhead steel portals under BIS safety guidelines.

1. Scope

Service Description

Insurancerefer.com provides independent technical risk assessment, cyclic fatigue testing, and structural lifecycle auditing for high-tonnage gantry cranes and overhead steel portals. All assessments follow BIS safety guidelines. This agreement governs your access to and use of these services.

2. Obligations

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate operational data, load spectra, and maintenance records for the equipment under assessment. You must ensure safe site access for our engineers. Failure to provide complete information may affect the accuracy of the audit report.

3. Liability

Limitation of Liability

Our assessments are advisory and do not replace statutory inspections or manufacturer warranties. Insurancerefer.com is not liable for equipment failures that occur after our report is issued, unless caused by gross negligence on our part. Our total liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service.

4. Termination

Service Cancellation

Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice. If you cancel before the assessment is complete, you are liable for work already performed. Insurancerefer.com may terminate immediately if you breach confidentiality or safety protocols.

5. Changes

Modification of Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in BIS guidelines or our service offerings. We will notify you 30 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
